Use of This Site

By accessing nostos.market you agree to these terms. The site is provided for informational purposes and to facilitate legitimate retail transactions. Unauthorized scraping, automated access, or use of site content for commercial purposes without permission is prohibited.

Affiliations & Trademarks

NOSTOS is an independent secondhand retailer. NOSTOS is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or authorized by Nintendo, Sony, Microsoft, Sega, SNK, NEC, Atari, or any other game publisher, console manufacturer, or apparel brand. Game titles, console names, publisher logos, and brand names referenced anywhere on this site are the property of their respective owners and are used solely to identify the secondhand items NOSTOS sells. All items are sold in their original used condition; NOSTOS does not produce, license, manufacture, or distribute new versions of any branded product.

Online Orders & Payment

The price displayed for each item, plus calculated shipping shown at checkout, and any applicable sales tax, is the total amount you will be charged. No additional fees are added during payment processing. Payment is processed by Stripe; NOSTOS does not see or store full card details.

All inventory is one-of-one. If an item is listed but already sold (race condition, inventory error), NOSTOS will issue a full immediate refund and notify you within one business day. NOSTOS reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for suspected fraud or material listing errors.

Full carrier, cost, processing time, and lost-package terms are described on the Shipping page. Tracked, insured shipping to the US and Canada at checkout; international shipping by quote.

Returns & Refunds

Full return and refund terms are on the Returns & Refunds page. Summary: 14-day window for material misrepresentation, non-functional hardware, or transit damage. NOSTOS pays return shipping on valid claims. Refunds post within 3 business days of receiving the returned item.

Trade-In Transactions

Offers generated by the online estimate tool are non-binding and subject to physical inspection. Final trade-in values are determined after examination of items. NOSTOS reserves the right to refuse any trade-in transaction.

Intellectual Property

All original content on nostos.market — copy, design, and code — is owned by NOSTOS. Third-party trademarks and brand names are used only to identify the secondhand items NOSTOS sells, as described above.

Limitation of Liability

NOSTOS makes no warranties regarding fitness for a particular purpose beyond the condition described in each item listing. Market values for retro games fluctuate; published prices reflect current data at time of listing. NOSTOS is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this site.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in Gwinnett County, Georgia.
